Prince William Academy has been an exceptional middle school for my son. The staff is truly top tier—dedicated, supportive, and deeply invested in each student’s growth. The academic program is appropriately challenging and has pushed my son to think critically while building confidence in his abilities. What really sets PWA apart is its inclusive environment and strong parent–faculty partnership. Communication is open, collaboration is encouraged, and families genuinely feel like part of the learning process. We’re grateful to be part of a school community that values excellence, inclusion, and partnership so highly.

Coming from experience, it is truly rare to find a school that is so committed to collaboration in supporting children with individualized needs. The willingness, partnership, and dedication of the teachers and staff—under the leadership of Mr. Guye Turner—are invaluable. From day one, we have felt supported and heard, and the team consistently works with our daughter’s therapy and speech team to ensure she has the structure and resources she needs to thrive. We are especially grateful for the open communication and proactive approach to planning, which has made a world of difference in her academic journey. Choosing Prince William Academy was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter’s education, and we highly recommend this school to any family seeking a nurturing, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

Our kid has grown so much being at Prince William Academy as a fourth grader. We love the commitment the owners, Ms. Helen and Mr. Ramsey, have to the school. They love education and are bringing so many extracurricular programs to the school. I also love hearing from my kid how kind they are. We came from a school where the administration could not handle problems and interrogated our child whenever she asked for help. We pulled her from that school in hopes that someday she would rebuild trust in schools. I am so happy she has found that here at Prince William Academy. The Director, Mr. Guy, is so friendly and makes each kid feel special. He is open to hearing any concerns you might have. I truly feel that with the leadership at this school, my kid is safe. From the moment you come in the door, the office staff treats you like family. Our child’s teacher, Mr. Reid, is an outstanding teacher with a passion for teaching. He is truly dedicated to his students. We could not have asked for a better teacher. He believes deeply in each of his students' success and works to help them reach their potential. Additionally, the school offers two foreign language classes. My child speaks highly of their Spanish and Mandarin teachers. I also think technology is an important part of the curriculum technology, and Prince William Academy does this well. Additionally, we love that they have a large indoor gym, music education, dance and art, and clubs. I see my child’s academic growth and reacquiring a trust in schools thanks to the commitment of the staff and administration at Prince William Academy. From field trips to spirit weeks and school yearbooks, I don’t feel like she is missing out on anything from this school experience. I am happy that we have a secular school choice in our area that is so good and so committed. We cannot wait for the start of a new school year in fall! I know it’s going to be a great school year!

I cannot say enough great things about Prince William Academy! My child attended 1st grade here before our family relocated to Toronto, and we truly miss this school every day. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt warmth, care, and a true commitment to each child’s success. The teachers are incredibly caring and always ensured that my child felt supported and encouraged. The small class sizes were very helpful, especially since my child was a little shy at first. The personalized attention helped with both academic and social growth. One of the things I absolutely loved about Prince William Academy was their language program—not only did my child learn Spanish, but they also had the option to study Mandarin or Arabic, which is such a rare and valuable opportunity at this age! The art and music programs were also exceptional—weekly dance, music, and art classes made learning even more enriching. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a nurturing, high-quality education with strong academics and diverse extracurricular programs. If we were still in Virginia, there’s no doubt my child would continue attending until high school!

Prince William Academy has been a wonderful experience for our family! Our child is in Ms. Tiara’s class, and she is an outstanding teacher, warm, attentive, and truly invested in her students’ success. The school offers an impressive curriculum, including Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic, which we love. They also have orchestra, chess, debate club, and a wide variety of sports and clubs that keep the kids engaged and excited to learn. We’re so grateful to be part of such a well-rounded and nurturing school community!
