Our son absolutely loves Primrose! We feel completely comfortable knowing he’s in such a caring and nurturing environment each day. The ownership and staff are wonderful — always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in the kids’ growth and happiness. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

My daughter absolutely loves coming to Primrose for afterschool care and the summer program. She request to stay till the very end of the day because of the fun and excitement she has with her friends and teachers. They take safety and health as a top priority with the staff and children. I feel safe with my child being here. The food options are healthy and they limit anything processed unlike local schools lunches. They always strive to make every child feel welcome and special. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

We have loved our experience with Primrose. The communication that the director provides is wonderful as well as the daily communication with the teachers. I love how structured everything is so its clear what to expect when it comes to the schedule, meals/snacks, and daily activities. I also appreciate how the staff feels like an extension of our community in caring for our child. We love that the teachers our child has had have been around for a long time and are excellent at their jobs.

Our son is bilingual and we have a very challenging, travel-heavy schedule, but the school was always incredibly accommodating and flexible in adjusting to our needs. The teachers and staff made every effort to create a very personalized approach for him. Before starting at Primrose, he was a very picky eater and struggled with sleep routines, but thanks to their care and structured environment, he learned not only to eat a variety of foods but also to nap consistently and for the right amount of time. They really took the time to understand his specific needs and made him feel very special and supported every day. The owners are truly wonderful – warm, communicative, and clearly dedicated to creating a positive experience for every family. The rest of the staff is just as fantastic. We always felt confident that our son was in the best hands. Highly recommend Primrose of Upper Arlington to any family looking for a nurturing, professional, and thoughtful environment for their child!

I love everything about Primrose. The teachers are lovely and patient. The owners and admin are also incredible. The admin's communication is reliable and on time. The menu is balanced, and my son loved it! My son loves to go there every day because they always have fun activities. I recommend this daycare 100%.
