Parents highlight the warm, welcoming atmosphere, strong educational programming, and genuine care teachers provide to children from infancy through pre-K.
I’m so grateful for the teachers and staff at Primrose. We came to the Ohio area a year ago. My 3 year old had never been in a daycare setting before. They helped potty train him and provide an educational experience for him. He has found teachers he absolutely loves, who have taken the time to understand him. We are so grateful for this experience and for the people who help us know this was the right decision for our family. Thank you Primrose of Symmes!!
Primrose School of Symmes has been wonderful for our family! Our daughter is getting ready to graduate pre-k, and she started at Primrose as an infant during the pandemic. Our son is in the early pre-school room and started when he was 3 months old. Primrose is their home away from home, spending so many hours a week at an amazing place full of dedicated childcare workers. The teachers are truly angels. The amount of care, love and guidance they provide is impressive and very valuable. The experiences our children get at Primrose is incredible. From sensory activities, crafts, healthy food options to magic shows, parades, and learning about various different cultures. Our daughter will be starting kindergarten with an abundance of knowledge and social skills. We highly recommend Primrose!
From the moment we began touring daycares in our area, Primrose stuck out to us. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming and it’s employees exuded a shared passion to foster a fun and loving environment for growing and learning. The bonus was each teacher’s qualified skills and training to teach life skills and basic concepts. My child has made so many gains at Primrose that has transferred to home. She looks forward to seeing her teachers and her friends every day, reassuring me that I made the right choice.
I had a terrible experience at this daycare. My son was transitioned to the 2 year old room at 22 months. He was biting other kids less than a week in to the new class room I was called in for a meeting and was blindsided and was told my child was no longer welcome at primrose because of the biting. I couldn’t believe a daycare couldn’t handle a very common child development issue. They didn’t give him a chance, he wasn’t in the new class for a full week. After leaving primrose I am so happy this happened there were a lot of red flags at this facility that I overlooked and my child couldn’t wait to leave each day. The new daycare I have brought my son was able to address the biting issues right away and I have had no issues since a couple of weeks of him transitioning! I have to force him to leave! One of his teachers at primrose reached out to me after leadership made my son leave and couldn’t believe how management handled the situation. I have a sweet boy that was not even given a chance. The cost of this daycare and the quality and knowledge of care doesn’t go together.
There are many wonderful things to say about Primrose School of Symmes. The teachers and Leadership Staff are second to none, the curriculum is setting the kids up for success at an early age, and the school chef is always providing healthy meals. We have five children enrolled in the school and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The kids have built so many great friendships, and the staff feels like family. Highly recommend Primrose School of Symmes for any family looking for child care options.
