1. The teachers are very caring and keep me updated on my child, her needs, and the overall environment of the class, which is a huge relief. It helps to put my mind at ease knowing she has teachers who truly care. 2. The academic curriculum is wonderful. My daughter comes home talking about things she learned. The building is neat, organized, and very welcoming. 3. The diversity within the center. I love seeing different families, the celebration of differences and cultural months, and the overall positive energy when you walk into the building. 4. The owners are very responsive, helpful, and very caring regarding parental concerns. We are a military family and having a place where my child is learning and building community is so important. They embody all of that. I highly recommend them.

My daughter (3y-5y) was at Primrose School of Stetson Hills for a little over two years and we had a great experience. The school was always clean, safe, and well-run. Every teacher we interacted with was kind, respectful, and genuinely caring toward both the children and parents. I appreciate them following a specific curriculum and school-like schedule to get the kids ready for elementary. The teachers also shared info/updates on my child at drop off & pick up. Communication was excellent. They consistently shared announcements in advance, kept parents informed about closures, and were proactive with weather delays early in the morning. I also really appreciated the flexible schedule and extended drop-off and pick-up hours, which made a big difference with our work schedules. Safety is clearly a top priority, with secure building access and individual entry codes for caregivers. I loved that they use the Procare app, which allowed me to check in on my child throughout the day. Receiving updates on naps, meals, incidents, and photos/videos gave me so much peace of mind knowing my child was happy and well cared for. My daughter was always happy to be there! The administration team was consistently supportive and responsive, always willing to help address questions or concerns. They even took the time to write a thoughtful letter of recommendation for my child to attend a new school out of state, which truly meant a lot to me. I would absolutely choose this school again and highly recommend it to other families!

Our twins have been attending for nearly two years, and we could not be more grateful for the care they receive. Our girls are medically complex, and the owners and staff have been accommodating, compassionate, and supportive. We truly love all of the teachers who care for our twins each day. Being at Primrose has had a huge impact on their development. Our physical and speech therapists consistently compliment the teachers for how amazing they are, always willing to listen, learn, and collaborate to help our girls work toward meaningful goals and milestones. Thank you for creating such a safe, nurturing, and inclusive space for our children!

We love primrose. The staff and owners are fantastic. The food and snacks are actually good. The classroom curriculum, structure, and cleanliness are top notch. Our child’s development sky rocketed day one. We are thankful we found Primrose. Thank you all so much.

My 2-year-old son started at Primrose almost a month ago, and although I was initially hesitant and nervous about sending him to daycare, I couldn’t be happier with our decision.
