Our family loves this daycare. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose Spring Hill. Both of our children attended, and from day one, the staff made us feel reassured and supported. The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s growth and happiness. Our son is loving his Pre-K teachers Ms. Kourtnie and Ms. Janelle- they are incredible! The environment is safe, clean, and full of engaging activities that helped our kids learn and thrive. Communication is always clear and proactive—we always know what is happening in the classroom and how our kids are progressing. Our kids were excited to go every day and would come home telling us how fun their day was. Our son says “best day ever” and I love that feedback! We have seen our kids develop socially, emotionally, and academically under their curriculum. Lastly, I’ve genuinely enjoyed the warmth and sense of community here. We highly recommend Primrose of Spring Hill to any family looking for a nurturing and high-quality childcare experience. Primrose Spring Hill is truly the best! My son started there at just 6 months old and is now thriving in their Pre-K program. Throughout our time at Primrose, we’ve been blessed with so many wonderful teachers — Ms. Sara, Ms. Reeves, Ms. Jones, Ms. Amy, Ms. Newland, Ms. Mac, and Ms. Bryan — each of them has been incredible. They’ve all shown such genuine care, love, and nurturing toward my son, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The front desk staff is just as amazing. Every single one of them greets you with warmth and treats you like family from the moment you walk through the doors. I would recommend this school to absolutely anyone. It’s been the most wonderful environment for our child.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care our 3-year-old has received at Primrose. In just two weeks, Ms. Windi and Mrs. Oshinski have made him feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to come to school every day. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. It means so much to us that they took the time to understand our child so quickly and consistently communicate with us about his needs and progress. We truly appreciate the supportive and loving environment they provide. Thank you for making his early school experience such a positive one!

Primrose Spring Hill has been an incredible place for all three of our kids. We’ve watched each of them grow up through different classrooms, and every single teacher they’ve had has lived up to the high standard Primrose sets. Our oldest (now a full-on big girl) has been lucky to learn from some amazing teachers over the years—Mrs. Reeves, Ms. Scarlett, Ms. Jones, Mrs. Kourtnie, Ms. Janelle, Mrs. Behan, Ms. Mirta, Ms. Lilly, and Mrs. Key. Each one has played a role in shaping who she’s becoming, and it’s been awesome to see her confidence grow with every classroom transition. Our middle son has had just as strong of a journey. He’s been guided by Mrs. Kriss, Mrs. Oshinsky, Mrs. Wink, Ms. Hamman, Ms. Bratcher, Ms. Neely, and Ms. Lyle. Watching him soak up what each of these teachers has poured into him—whether it’s structure, creativity, or just learning to be a kind human—has been really rewarding as a dad. And then there’s our youngest, our infant girl, who is in the best hands with Mrs. Kriss, Mrs. Shipley, and Mrs. Casteel. She absolutely lights up for them, and it gives us total peace of mind knowing she’s getting so much love and attention each day. The front office team deserves a huge shoutout, too—Heather, Courtney, Chrissie, Holly, and Autumn. They’re always on top of things, always friendly, and truly set the tone for a great day the moment you walk in. Overall, we couldn’t be happier to be part of the Primrose family. Our kids are thriving here, and we honestly can’t imagine them being anywhere else.

I can not say enough good things about Primrose Spring Hill! Our daughter is in Pre-K 1 with Ms Jenelle and Ms. Courtney and they are amazing. Nothing is better than a parent being able to drop their child off at school, knowing that the people inside will care for them and love them. The school is immaculate, and the staff is amazing. They really care about the well being and education of our children.
