I wish I could leave 10 stars for the level of care and enrichment my child receives here. We came to Primrose after needing to make an urgent switch in childcare and were made to feel right at home. Miss Vanessa has gone above and beyond to make sure my daughter has had a comfortable transition into the classroom. You can tell Ms Vanessa truly cares for each individual child in her class and has created such an exciting and fun environment for their class. My daughter is so excited to go to Primrose every day and you can’t beat that feeling as a working parent. I couldn’t be more grateful for Ms Sara, Ms Mackenzie, Ms Laura, Ms Vanessa, and all of our other wonderful teachers we’ve been blessed to have in our time with Primrose thus far!
We are so appreciative of the staff at Primrose Mill Run! We have sent two children there, with our youngest still attending. The teachers are wonderful, in particular Miss Beth and Miss Lina, who our kiddo just adores! The admins are also fantastic, working with us recently as we navigate some health issues. Cannot recommend this location enough!
We have been with Primrose Mill Run since March 2022 and have been very pleased with our experience! I can think of many great teachers our girls have had, but currently Miss Mackenzie Melvin (Preschool Pathways) and Pam Mayer (Pre-Kindergarten) especially stand out! The care and communication have been above and beyond what we expected. Worth the cost.
Today was our son’s last day at Primrose, and I truly cannot describe what a wonderful experience our family has had. From day one with Ms. Jane and Ms. Shannon in Infant 1, to Ms. Lina and Ms. Beth in Infant 3, our son has been so incredibly loved and well cared for. We are beyond grateful for each of you and so sad to say goodbye.
We love Primrose. Ms. Melvin was integral to helping our son overcome a toddler rough patch. The teachers care, the structure and consistency is exactly what our kids need.
