We toured more than five schools before finding Primrose, and from the moment we walked in, we knew this was the right place for our family. Moving is never easy — especially for kids — and we wanted a school that felt safe, welcoming, and supportive. Primrose has been all of that and more. The teachers and staff show so much love and dedication every single day, and it’s clear how much they care about the children. We’re so thankful for the whole team, and especially for Rachael, whose patience and kindness made the transition so much smoother. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and feel truly lucky to have found such a wonderful school for our child.
My child attended this daycare. We were not pleased with the service nor the communication among the staff. That being said our time here was brief. Way too superficial environment and we weren't allowed to go beyond a certain area to observe. Very dismissive. What are they hiding? Understaffed? Lack of proper nurture and or supervision? Not following hygienic protocols? In times like these our young children need to be closely watched. We placed our child in a facility where all of us are pleased. The staff is down to earth to all not just selective few :)
My 4 year old started here 6 weeks ago from another facility and it has been a breath of fresh air! The staff is engaged, the curriculum is thoughtful and well executed. Coming in in the morning feels like walking into family. They have interactive events for the kids (authors to do book readings, wildlife experts, clowns…). My son was behind in several areas for school readiness from his last daycare and, now, 6 weeks later, he is sounding out words and doing basic math. I highly recommend Primrose on Eldridge!
I cannot say enough good things about Primrose. All his teachers are competent and caring! They helped my son in many ways. My son didn't know English when he started in Pre-K class and he had some challenges and Miss Shelly the director really work with me as a team to provide the best care for my son. The front office staff is so kind and greets my son every day. I definitely recommend this school.
We loved Primrose at Eldridge Pkwy for the duration my son was there. We had to unenroll since we moved, but my son learned so much from the 10 months he was there. He learned to name colors, count to 10 (says some numbers up to 20), and to identify some letters. All the teachers and staff were really caring and professional.
