After going through a really tough and stressful experience with our previous daycare, we were honestly nervous about starting somewhere new — but from day one, Primrose made us feel supported, heard, and cared for. The owners, Kelly and Alan, along with Taylor and the entire leadership team, have been absolutely amazing. Mrs. Wickham and the teachers truly went above and beyond to help our family through a difficult transition, and it meant more to us than we can put into words. They were patient, kind, and genuinely cared about our kids and our situation. Most importantly, our two little ones are so happy here. They’re excited to go to school, they feel safe, and they come home every day in a great mood — which tells us everything we need to know. The curriculum is strong, well-structured, and thoughtfully done, but it never feels overwhelming for the kids. You can tell the teachers really love what they do. Our son started at PSEA at 4 months old, he’s now 14 months and we have had nothing but the best experience here! They take such great care of him and treat him like family. I love that they have curriculum even for their littlest friends, read to them, and do crafts often. We are so appreciative to the whole staff! The owners are very present too, always friendly and welcoming!
Our daughter went to this Primrose for more than 3.5 years. All of the teachers are best, hands down! We have been over the moon impressed with Primrose Allen for our daughter. We had previously had unsuccessful opportunities with two daycares for our daughter, and coming to Primrose has been magical. The staff is always friendly; they all know our daughter's name, and the teachers are remarkable, caring, and understanding. Our daughter had a rough transition, since we had just transitioned to a new school 18 days prior, when we were notified that the school was closing. Primrose and the staff have been so welcoming and caring with our daughter. The activities are great for the kiddos, the food is nutritious, and they provide a wide variety so the kids can taste all different levels of food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
