Primrose School Of Cumming West

Primrose Cumming West has been part of our family for a little over two years and I can’t say enough good things about them. As a mom of three, I have been through enough daycares to know what true quality care is over the last ten years. My daughter has absolutely thrived in each class and adores all of her teachers. The classroom activities are engaging and creative, the teachers are wonderful and genuinely caring. We are grateful for the admin team always working with us on last minute accommodations for our family. From daily updates on curriculum with pictures, well-maintained property, updated playgrounds, and clean classrooms all speak volumes about their commitment to creating the best environment for kids. I always feel confident knowing my little one is safe and in the best hands!!

We're so incredibly happy with Primrose West. We moved our boys from a private Nanny at home and were nervous to put them in school but they have thrived so much at Primrose! We're so grateful to the teachers, they really put to much care and love into every day. Our children have thrived with the structure in their days and love going to school to see their teachers and friends.

We love Primrose because the staff treats our girls like their own. We feel there is genuine care and regard for our family, and that means everything to us. We watched our eldest daughter flourish from the infant class to EPS, and owe so much of that to Primrose. The teachers and admin staff, balanced curriculum, smiling photos throughout the day, and continuous improvement (painting of the facility, new equipment, & organic foods) are just a few of our favorite things. We also really appreciate the class sizes, teacher ratios, parent teacher conferences, and consistent communication. Thank you Primrose team! 🤍

This school is so awesome! The staff is so genuine, supportive, caring and proactive. They are very professional and my kids love it here! They are genuinely always excited to go. I love the daily updates we get, as a parent it’s so reassuring.

I couldn't be happier with Primrose School of Cumming West! Having left a different local daycare center after having several disagreements with the management and teachers over things from increasing rates despite frequent teacher turnover, low quality food , allowing kids to watch cartoons, frequent injuries that seemed could've been avoided had a teacher been paying attention, sending kids home when they weren't sick but allowing other kids with nasty green snot running down their faces stay, and my child constantly getting sick, I was ready for a change and toured three other centers. My wife and I found Primrose West and immediately knew this is where we wanted our youngest child to be. The owners are amazing and were present for our tour and explained their business structure, knowing that turnover was a big issue at other places. In the 6 months since we've been here, we could not be happier. The teachers and staff are all amazing. At Primrose, I feel like I am taking my child to school, she's learning in a structured environment and the difference from her old daycare center is night and day in the most positive ways, and the cost difference is minimal so it's not an issue of getting what you pay for. Daycare regardless is crazy expensive, but it's worth it when things are done the right way, Primrose West is 100% doing things the right way. We wish we'd found Primrose West sooner and can't say enough good things about everything and everyone there; social events, holidays, "free cookie" Friday's, so many little things, too many to list, but they all make a huge difference and help make a positive impact. If I were to run my own daycare, this is the model I would try and replicate. Keep up the good work!!
