My daughter and I love Primrose of Brassfield. The school is clean and well organized. The teachers are amazing—kind, patient, and do a lot of academic activities with the children. We also love the meals. Shout out to our current teacher Ms. Kasey who is great! Thanks PSB!
My daughter has been going to Primrose since she was 15 months, she’s 2 and a half now and is in Early Preschool. She absolutely loves it and has loved all her teachers. She doesn’t get upset at drop-off but does get upset when I pick her up. That’s honestly the best feeling to know she doesn’t want to leave. She has also learned so much, she speaks in full sentences, sings full songs, knows all her colors, shapes, and counts items I lay out for her. We are all super impressed by how much she has learned and retained at Primrose. I absolutely would recommend it to any family that wants to see their child excited to learn.
We absolutely love Primrose School of Brassfield. Our daughter has been there since she was just 7 weeks old, and the care, love, and education she has received over the years has been incredible. The teachers and staff are welcoming, supportive, and deeply invested in each child. A special shoutout to Ms. M, who has been an outstanding teacher and played a huge role in helping get our daughter potty trained. Her patience, consistency, and encouragement has made such an impact. The curriculum is a huge plus. . We’ve watched our daughter grow academically, socially, and emotionally, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We have complete trust in this school and highly recommend Primrose School of Brassfield to any family looking for a nurturing, high-quality early childhood education experience
Ms. Ross & Ms. Kasey in the preschool class are amazing! Absolutely love all the teachers we have had at primrose. The school does a phenomenal job balancing social and academic development as well as mental and physical health education. I feel confident that the teacher’s efforts and school’s structured curriculum is properly preparing my daughter for elementary school. Highly recommend!
Mixed Experiences: Great Start for Our Oldest, But Infant Program Needs Serious Improvement We have had a long relationship with Primrose School of Brassfield, and our experience has truly been a mix of excellent early years and significant concerns later on. Our oldest son started in the Young Toddler class, and that experience was wonderful. Ms. Maple and Ms. D were exceptional—warm, communicative, and highly skilled. They helped our son become comfortable quickly, grow socially, and make noticeable progress in his language. When he moved up to Ms. M’s class, we had another great year with consistent care and a positive environment. The challenges began once he transitioned into the Early Preschool program. Around that time, there seemed to be a shift in leadership and increased teacher turnover. While we understood there was a learning curve for newer staff, the overall experience did decline. In addition, there were small but concerning incidents—such as our son being left unsupervised long enough to start eating crayons, which are a choking hazard, and repeatedly losing water bottles. It’s unreasonable to expect a 3-year-old to keep track of their belongings without proper oversight, and these issues added to our growing concerns. The most serious concerns arose when we enrolled our youngest in the infant program. We fully expect common illnesses in a daycare setting, but he was becoming sick after only a few hours of attendance—including two ear infections in three months. This resulted in sleepless nights, a miserable infant, and significant lost productivity from frequent sick days. I raised these concerns with administration, but unfortunately no noticeable changes were implemented. Several preventable issues stood out: Foot coverings for the infant room were old, some with holes, meaning the floor where babies crawl was likely being contaminated. I never observed toys being disinfected between infant use. Teachers from older toddler rooms were frequently brought in due to staffing shortages, increasing cross-exposure. The infant room is very small, with babies clustered closely together. Overall, infection-control practices felt inadequate compared with other schools. Ultimately, we had to pull our infant from Primrose. Since starting at another school, he has been full-time for many weeks without a single illness, and we’ve seen a much stronger emphasis on sanitation—such as removing toys immediately for cleaning and using disposable foot covers. The teacher-to-infant ratio and engagement have also been noticeably better. Despite our negative experience with the infant program, I do want to recognize the teachers themselves, who were always kind and doing their best. The core issues seem to stem from administrative support and oversight, not the individual staff members. Primrose Brassfield was truly wonderful for our oldest during his toddler years, but our infant experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the administration takes these concerns seriously and invests in better infection-control practices, staffing stability, and support for their hardworking teachers.
