My girls absolutely love Primrose, their teachers are all amazing! One of my daughters, said that she saw that her teacher looked so pretty with braids, so she wanted braids so she could be just like her. Both of my girls always say that the teachers, staff, and other kids are always so nice to them. I am constantly bragging to other parents how great the Barker Cypress location is. The front desk staff and director are all warm, welcoming, and I am very glad we made the switch to Primrose. As parents we are always worried about leaving our babies/kids in the hands of other people. However, I am very blessed that we found this Primrose location because my girls are in great hands and truly do enjoy attending this school.
Our daughter has been at Primrose for a year, and she has developed so well. It's not easy being a working mom, it was extremely hard the first few months. When I say that the entire staff has made it easier to be a working mom- I mean it. She's always happy every time I get her, she has learned so much and doesn't even get upset when I leave. She clearly feel safe and secure. I love the app, the communication is great from front desk staff and teachers. One day I kept her home and they even messaged to make sure she was okay. The director Ms. Elizabeth holds the reputation of her school to the highest standards. Everyone is so kind and caring.
I highly recommend this place to anyone everyone is so friendly helpful Mrs. Elizabeth is one of the greatest people who works there she can always help you out with anything or any situation you may have and her staff are so helpful to they make it feel safe dropping off your kids here everyone is so friendly please send your kids here you won’t be disappointed!
We love Primrose! We have been there for almost 2 years and our daughter has thrived in their learning system. We were on the waitlist for another daycare for 6 months and briefly left to try it out. Two weeks later, we were back at Primrose. Ms. Elizabeth and her staff are wonderful and we’re looking forward to several more years!
