My husband and I scheduled a tour here for our grandson because of his parents work schedule and need to find care for him soon. We had to reschedule multiple times because of our schedules and simply forgetting. We toured with Mrs. Shannon the Assistant Director. She gave us a very thorough and detailed tour of this school and answered all of the questions we had. The school is very clean and doesn’t resemble other local child care centers. I appreciate Shannon for her patience and time with us especially with our constant rescheduling. We will be enrolling very soon.

11/14/25 edit: We have now had our child out of Primrose for 4 and half months. We've recently spoken to some of the parents who continue to keep their children at Primrose due to absence of other reasonable options. The child who routinely bites, kicks, pushes and otherwise harasses and injures the other children is still at Primrose. These parents are actively seeking out other options due to this problem child continuing to injure their children, but have not found other options as of yet. Again, if you want your children to be in a safe environment, please look elsewhere. Primrose does not prioritize the safety of your child. We have had a very mixed experience with Primrose. When we first enrolled our son as a 2 year old we had nothing but good things to say about both the school and the teachers. All of the teachers have been very kind and good with our son, they’ve asked after him when he was not well, they’ve been consistently attentive to his needs. We love his teachers, Miss Annette and Miss Angel and continue to have the utmost regard for them. The school administration, however, has become a huge cause for concern. There has been a problematic child in our child’s classroom (2-3yo) who has exhibited escalating violent behavior, including kicking, pushing, hitting and biting. This other child has been hurting our son as well as other children in our son’s classroom. The teachers have been doing what they can to mitigate these instances, including moving the problem child to another classroom and sending the child home for the day, but the school administration has refused to take these escalating violent episodes seriously. We had a meeting with a leadership member of the school earlier this spring and were reassured that they were in the process of addressing this problematic child, and they have been doing so all spring. The issues with this child have been going on for several months and multiple children have been hurt, but the school has refused to take action. Our son has been bitten 3 times by this same problematic child. Again, after the 3rd bite we requested another sit down to talk about next steps. Primrose administration refused to sit down with us to further discuss the problem child. When we suggested that we may withdrawal our son from the school because of their apparent lack of concern for our son’s and other children’s safety, they quickly agreed that should be the course of action and immediately refunded our monthly tuition payment. Speaking with other parents in our child’s class, we have come to find out that the behaviorally challenged child routinely bites, hits and injures most of the other kids in the class. We found out after we withdrew our son that the week or so before we withdrew our son other parents withdrew their child after the problemed child gave their child a black eye. We know that the teachers have been doing their duty in reporting each incident, but that’s is all the intervention the teachers are allowed aside from separating children when they become too much. Given that multiple other children have been affected by the wayward child on a regular basis, and at least two children have left the school because of these incidents, it’s clear that the administration doesn’t have much regard for the safety and well being of the children enrolled at Primrose. After all of this, we cannot in any way recommend Primrose. If you have any concern for the safety of your child please look elsewhere because apparently Primrose is not in any way interested or prepared to dismiss a child who regularly hurts others children. They would rather that well behaved children with concerned parents withdrawal than dismiss a child with escalating violent behavioral issues.

We are so grateful for Primrose at Hope Valley Farms! Our kindergartener just scored very high in both reading and math, and we truly credit the strong foundation, encouragement, and support they received here. The teachers and staff go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment while also challenging the kids academically. It’s clear that the Primrose approach really works, and we feel so thankful to have our child in such a caring, high-quality program.

This review is for EPS-2 teachers, Ms. Annette and Ms. Angel. These two wonderful teachers made every effort to make my son as welcome and as comfortable in the class. They also shower him with a lot of love that my son looks forward to daycare. He loves them so much that he tells me he misses them when we went on vacation. Childcare is hard work, and Ms. Annette and Ms. Angel does it with big smiles on their faces. I see the other kids give them big hugs as soon as they enter their classroom. You can truly see the love and care Ms. Annette and Ms. Angel gives to their kids. I am so thankful for their continued presence at the school..Ms. Annette and Ms. Angel are the teachers that truly makes Primrose School at Hope Valley Farms a great daycare!

Nothing but great things to say about Primrose Hope Valley Farms. During our time my daughter had the best experience, great teachers, and learned alot. Her day was structured.. she ate healthy great food, she was cared for. We experienced great events like the Valentine’s Day Dance, Mother’s Day Fashion show and Root Beer Floats with Dad to name a few! Definitely worth the peace of mind knowing your leaving your baby in good hands.
