Prime Time Day Care

I absolutely love this place. The negative reviews seem silly to me- yes the children are dirty because they are allowed to play outside and paint and be kids. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff and they have been so helpful and understanding of all situations. Kristin and Kelly have been nothing but flexible and helpful. The are so patient with my difficult children and meet their needs no matter what. Yes there have been scraped knees and shirts that were spilled on. Yes there have been time my daughter complained about the other kids being mean. But it’s nothing out of the ordinary. They are kids!!! Needless to say this place is worth the price and my oldest daughter absolutely loves the staff.

My daughter absolutely LOVES all of her teachers here! In the last year, she has learned so much and has really thrived at Prime Time Waukegan. The facility is clean and inviting and I have never had any issues here. The weekly rate is very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Prime Time to anyone looking for a daycare facility!

This place is no good. Went here for almost a year and have been lied to. And my daughter even leared the F word from the school age kids. She would come home with dirty hands and face. They don't really play outside. And when its time to talk to Kelly or Kristin they don't know anything. They made be go full-time when I o my work part-time. And when I went to get my facts they got mad at me and made a story up. When dealing with irean she told me I should be greatful my child is not going there any.ore. they leave the children in attended when nap time happens and all sit up for t and run back to the room when I pick up at naptime. I would always hear stories from my 3 year old about them telling her your a baby and how they talk to her. They had a nice teacher there in the infant room and now she is gone. I wonder why!?!! She wasn't ghetto enough I guess. I had feelings about this daycare from the beginning but I really needed it. And now I'm forced to take a leave from work cause they told me I'm not allowed back and made up a story because I wanted part-time childcare!

BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! My child attended here for about a year. During this time she was sick repeatedly, came home with poor managed hygiene, and multiple times she came home with injuries. Twice requiring hospital visits, but they were "not provoked behavior". The final straw was that in addition to this type of care, the workers and the owner manage the tuition like they are drug dealers. Aggressively demanding it the minute you walk in monday morning and look at you like a loser of you dont have it with you. My family and I were gone and didnt use their care, when we returned and went to drop her off they said we couldnt leave our child unless we got them cash. When I paid with a check that night, the next morning they refused to take her at all resulting in missed work. When I told the owner I was treated this way and wanted to remove my daughter from their care, she showed her true colors by responding "thats great!" In a snide snotty tone and asked if i wanted to pay her or deal with her attorney. BEWARE THIS PLACE IS NOT A GOOD OPTION FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!

My daughter has attended PrimeTime for about 1 year and I am happy with both staff & pricing. I am always greeted with a smile and my daughter has no complaints.
