Priestley Miller Preschool has been such a blessing for my family! The teachers are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that every staff member goes above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing environment where kids feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. The director, Hilarie, is truly exceptional—her leadership, kindness, and dedication to the children and families are unmatched. She takes the time to know every child and parent personally, and her passion for early education shines through in everything she does. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful school community!
PMP is a wonderful place! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. You can really tell the director and staff truly care about the kids, and they plan so many fun things throughout the year!
Both my son and daughter attended PMP, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff is caring, the environment is nurturing, and the kids always looked forward to going. We highly recommend it!
The director notified us via email that our child was not being promoted. We never received or saw the email.. When it was forwarded to us again, it was mixed in a very lengthy school email, nothing bolded to stand out. Communication is confusing because it is sent via email or brightwheel and not consistent in the same method. My husband and I were at PMP 6 times a week and no one- director or teacher asked us if we received our child’s placement or if we had any questions about the class placement. No conference or phone call was offered to notify us. We were shocked to start the next school year in the same class. We asked to have our child moved up and we’re told there wasn’t room by the Pastor when I asked for help. Our family was at the school for 5 years. We had no idea that circling as they call it was an option. I was never consulted on what was best for my child. My feedback was never requested or considered. The director did not partner with us but made a decision for us. Instead of having a conversation, an email notification was chosen. I have requested that the protocol for repeating a class be changed to mandate a conference. We stayed a PMP for that year because we weren’t given the option to make a different choice. We left this year with one year of preschool to go heartbroken by the school’s disregard for what was important to our family. My child kept asking why he wasn’t in class with his friends. . I couldn’t prepare him ahead of time because I didn’t know. I asked for a meeting with the PMP board to share a family impact statement and was denied by the pastor because board meetings aren’t open to the public. After 5 years, we were the public to them.
