I want to thank Pride and Jordan he knew I was in a hard spot in my life. Jordan and Pride worked together with my gas company and Pride was able to pay my gas bill. I had no one that could afford to help me. I really appreciate everything that Pride did for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Jordan really worked hard in helping me he returned calls and he kept up with the process of my application and stayed on top of my case and within 2 to 3 days Jordan called to give me a piece of mind. Thanks once again to Pride and to Jordan that was over my application.
Great organization. Fortunate to have them in Logan.
I went there to get help with a Termination Notice. I had to fill out papers and was then told someone would contact me in 1-2 days this was on a Tuesday, I had to call them back on Friday, then I was told that the lady I need talk to wasn't "in" and that nobody will be in the office until Wednesday. So Wednesday came, I called back and had to leave messages on VM and nobody bothered to call me back. I called again this morning and that lady wasn't there, she was "busy", and that lady up front who always answers phones, wrote down my name & number. Well guess what nobody hasn't bothered to get in touch with me, to see if I was approved for help or not. I thought this was a community service to help ppl in need. I work and barely can make it. But you get a dope head off the streets can get all the help they want, but someone like me, can't get no help! So now here I'm stressing over how to pay my termination power bill..So heck yeah I'm leaving a bad review..
Nice place. Parking is okay but can be tricky to find if you’ve never been. It is around the back. Service agency helping the elderly, places people in home settings for people who need help, and children for head start. Oh and they help with power bills and weatherization for your home if you qualify. Good organization for the community.
They are not for the community. They are However a real disappointment to my Dad Sherman D. Walsh. They let money grubbing street walkers in there instead of my Dad who is 90 years old and his friends at pride was all he had left to enjoy in this life. Such a Disappointment. OH AND THEY PUT HEAT and AIR UNIT'S in places that are RENTED. AREN'T you supposed to OWN THE PROPERTY? I know this for a FACT. IF YOUR NOT IN THE CLICK YOUR OUT.
