The apartment/houses are nice but the upkeep is Terrible!! Landscaping is subpar and very rarely…..very rare to get someone to respond when something goes bad in a unit. There is a picture on the website that shows a meticulously groom wall….this is how it looks now! Hasn’t been cut in years.
Lived there for 2 years, the house was very good for the rent paid, best deal we could find. Spacious. But I have to say, TERRIBLE management, very unprofessional. The least you need to interact with them, the better!
What's going on here at GARFIELD Commons, there was trash everywhere, grass needed cut, units had broken shades hanging. I came to check on my application found out under new mgmt. I pray for the better, these places are beautiful if kept up with I want to live here with my 86yo aging mother, however still no response regards to my application 3x trying to confirm receipt. No luck still.
It's like an ugly girl who looks cute from a distance. Outside is really nice, but most of the units I've been in are disgusting. How do people live like this? Take some pride
There's never anyone in the office they have to get back to the office and start working it's very hard to get ahold of these people although they are nice people nice manager and the places are nice but they have to get back to work
