We have been using Pride and Joy for 2 years now and love it. We send both our kids there. The staff is always friendly and available for questions. Everything is digital (billing, updates, forms) and if any information is incorrect, the staff is quick to fix it. They also offer bonus special events for the kids and their families. Overall, we have had a great experience!
We were originally excited to send our child to Pride and Joy... I mean, look at the reviews! Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of horrible. The daycare got hit by an outbreak of hand/foot/mouth disease, but decided to stay open. We did not want to send our baby that week so that he would be safe from the outbreak. Pride and Joy's response? No problem! We'll still charge you $250 though! Not only that, but Pride and Joy decided to increase their rate the week before our son's enrollment without prior notice. A jump from $250 to $300 per week. The final nail in the coffin though was that, despite all of this, and despite our son NEVER having set foot at Pride and Joy, we ended up paying a grand total of $400. They charged us almost half a grand for nothing! I'm sure their services are perfectly adequate but, be advised: read the contract thoroughly. Employees have given us inaccurate/misleading information (particularly about pricing) the whole way. Be prepared for Disappointment and Frustration 🫤
Teachers and staff here are very nice and good with communication. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Our child really enjoys time here and loves the teachers
Love Pride & Joy! All of the teachers and staff are wonderful and welcome my kids with open arms every day. My daughter started when she was 3 months old and over the last 3 years has learned so much and made so many friends! My son started in June and I know he will have just as much fun at Pride and Joy as his big sister :)
Pride and Joy has been great with both of our boys! I feel like they are another family to them. The staff is friendly and they are always willing to communicate about your child. I had left another daycare because I was not happy about how they were treating my son, we ended up choosing Pride an Joy and have been happy ever since. We have since had another child and he has been with them since he was 4 months old. I know that when I drop my boys off in the morning that they will be taken care of and they are just a phone call away. They also do a fantastic job of teaching the kids while they are there. There are lesson plans each day and my boys have learned so much being with them. I would highly recommend this daycare to any of my friends and family.
