Prestige Preschool Academy

My child has been going here since the school opened, and I cannot say enough positive things about this facility. The staff are professional, and the curriculum is strong. I truly feel they are preparing my child for a successful academic career. We love everyone there, and there is a great sense of community - both among the teachers, and the families that attend. Safety is also a very important factor that I took into account when choosing a school, and I am very pleased with the level of precautions that are taken to ensure a safe space for my child. We love Prestige!

Our daughter has really grown since joining this Preschool and has built bonds with many of the teachers. Prestige is also very accommodating and flexible which is a huge plus with our families crazy schedule. The school is well taken care of a feels like a very safe place for our daughter to be.

Often over state ratio/poorly staffed yet they are still taking new enrollments. We expressed our concerns multiple times with director Alicia and president of prestige. Alicia provided different ratios each time, excuses, and the issues unfortunately only got worse. She was defensive and unprofessional multiple times. The assistant director was also rude and careless. The director is never in the front office. Also a hidden $150 (flat rate) summer fee with poor planning activities. The tadpoles report (online daily parent/ teacher communication app) is always incomplete and not accurate. Please reconsider bringing your child here.

In the last year the quality of service has extremely lacked with the notification with apps, emails, levels of services involving assessments of child’s learning. As a parent, we had asked countless times for details of what my child is learning while he attended there. Every time we asked, they would say teachers are trying to learn how to use the app or we will improve. We even ask for handwritten notes and nothing came out of it. User spoke to the director / teachers and they did nothing about it. We there would be new teachers and we were never notified who was teaching our child. Classrooms were not in ratio, parents and children not wearing masks when asked by Director. When we put our notice in the school, the Director did not ask why, or how can I help, she could care less that she was losing a student. For the amount of money we spent here, we are extremely disappointed with this preschool.

We are having our first baby due in just two weeks. This was our 4th tour we scheduled to see if it would be a good fit for us. Our experience was so bad we felt we had to write a review so others can avoid the disappointment! We got there 15 minutes early and were let in by the assistant director. She had no idea we had a scheduled tour but the director yelled from her office confirming my name and confirming I scheduled a tour. The director didn't even attempt to come out and introduce herself or say hello she stayed in her office with her door open talking to the assistant director. The assistant director was in the directors office alot because she had no idea how long the waiting list is or if infants had to be full time, along with a few other super important questions. During the actual walking tour we were mostly shown the toddler areas, we specified several times we were interested in infant care since our baby isn't even born yet. There was no interest from the staff regarding who we were what we did or even the gender of our baby. No way are we trusting you with our baby when you don't even care to introduce yourselves or get to know us at all.
