What Parents Say
Prestige Learning Center receives overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding safety protocols, staff communication, cleanliness, and educational activities, though two parents raised serious concerns about social media consent violations, screen time policies not being respected, and limited camera footage access.
I am highly impressed with the safety protocols in place at Prestige. When I arrived yesterday to pick up my nephew, I appreciated that access to the building required ringing the doorbell rather than freely entering. I was promptly asked to present identification at the door, and before the pickup was completed, the staff verified with his mother that I was authorized to be there. They even placed an additional confirmation call to ensure accuracy. I am grateful to see such thorough safety measures being implemented. Excellent work by the entire team at Prestige Daycare.
Do not recommend. This daycare posted my child on Facebook even though I signed no media consent. My child was also exposed to screen time (Mickey Mouse) despite me saying absolutely no TV. When I asked to see camera footage, I was told it was at their “discretion” whether parents get to view it — and cameras only store 24 hours. I pulled my child out and reported them to Licensing. Parents deserve transparency and respect for their wishes, and this center failed both.
As a mom I lost all trust in this daycare and I would never recommend it. They posted my child on Facebook even though I signed no media consent. My son was also exposed to screen time like Mickey Mouse even though we do not allow TV at home and I made that very clear. When I questioned this, the director admitted she could not deny it may have happened and tried to justify it. When I asked to see the camera footage I was told parents are only allowed to view it if the center decides it is an incident, and the cameras only keep 24 hours of video. That is not transparency or accountability. I had no choice but to withdraw my child and file a complaint with Licensing. If you value your child’s safety, privacy, and your parental rights, please think twice before putting them in this daycare.
I absolutely do not recommend this place - director defends her employees wrong doings and covers for them rather than to protect our children. My child was constantly being bitten by another child and their excuse was “things happen” I picked up my child and he was bitten for the 3rd time I withdrew him immediately. I spoke to director and she said , “things happen”
It is my child's first time going to daycare, at first I was uncertain if I had made the right decision but Nina has made me feel certain and I know my baby in great hands. Staff is good with informing me of everything going on. I get pictures of my baby almost every day. Thus far I am extremely satisfied with the child care service.
