What Parents Say
Most parents praise Preschool at North Phoenix for caring staff, strong child development support, and effective parent communication through photos and apps. However, one negative review alleges serious management issues, unprofessional staff behavior, and inadequate response to concerns.
Simply amazing, both my boys have attended since they were infants. Leaving your baby is a difficult task and they make it easier for you.
Our two daughters have been attending this preschool since they were each an infant, for nearly five years in total. We have felt extremely supported over the years in raising our girls. The staff truly cares, and the environment is one where the kids can be kids and still learn. Our oldest is in Pre-k, and they are learning phonics. She keeps surprising me with how much she knows! Even with the pre-k curriculum, she is having just as much fun with freedom to play as in prior years. They use the Brightwheel app for tracking their days, and we love getting pictures of our little ones having fun and exploring new things. I highly recommend NPHX to anyone who asks where our kids go to preschool!
My family attends the church and recommended them to me. My son had been attending this preschool for months now. I can not say enought good things about how much they have helped with his growth, social interactions and learning. The teachers have been great and let me know if there are any problems or worries ( my son was a late talker) and they also let me know the good things about his day. They use an app that the teacher, staff and I are able to communicate with directly. We also are able to recieve photos throughout the day of activities they are taking part in. My son enjoys it and it has made a great difference in his day to day at home as well since I am a stay at home normally but wanted to help boost his learning and social interactions . We love his teachers and the staff. Everyone has been kinda, caring and helpful ad I navigated enrollment and worked on letting go as he went to play with friends. They also have events every so often for the children through out the year. Christmas there was a sing along and the kindergarten kids did a small play. My son had so much fun with it.
I personally wouldn’t recommend this preschool to anyone. I truthfully advice you to find a preschool that will show your child love and happiness. Firstly, I knew someone that worked here that had photos of a woman falling asleep while holding infants. The management is very poor and never did anything about this, Jo treats children with no respect and talks poorly to the children. She, makes friends instead of making that her coworkers and choose what’s more important for the children. She, picks sides with coworkers that talk poorly to children and, has physically abused them. Nothing, about this school is professional nor organized. I hope they get their stuff together. Susan always teams with Jo because she can’t stand up for herself. Again? Just poor management. They don’t do anything nor help us parents out when we have troubles. They, just decide and choose their friends over us and our babies. Choose a preschool that is right for your child. I highly recommend somewhere else
Our daughter goes to this preschool and loves it. She struggled with speech and socialization, her teachers were more than happy to help her and even went out of their way to learn more about helping kids with speech and socialization development.
