We withdrew our 3.5-year-old son after receiving an accidental voicemail where staff were clearly heard calling him a “horrible child” and saying “no one likes him.” It was deeply unprofessional and heartbreaking. In addition, the director told us illegally—without any evaluation or license—that our son had ADHD and needed behavioral therapy. This kind of labeling is completely inappropriate and outside their professional scope. There were also repeated issues with poor communication, unrealistic expectations for his age, and no appropriate follow-up when we raised concerns about bruises. Our son is kind and social, and we’ve never seen the behavior they claimed in any other setting including other daycares. We’ve reported the incident to the state and hope no other family has to go through this.

Couldn't be happier with the care our child received here. The staff is incredibly professional, always greeting us with a warm smile and providing detailed updates on our child's day. The facility is spotless, with stringent cleanliness standards that give us peace of mind. What truly sets them apart is the genuine love they have for the children. Our child comes home happy and eager to return, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they've created. We highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and well-maintained daycare.

This review is a long time coming. We had some bad experiences with unkindness and not changing diapers at 2 other local “prestigious” daycares. We were a nervous wreck trying to find another daycare facility. When I toured Premire on Research I was instantly greeted with warmth. This place had good homey-vibes that I had not experienced anywhere else. We have now been attending for almost a year and my only regret is not finding this facility from the start! Before Premier, My son stayed sick CONSTANTLY and just as sure as we started here, he has only been sick a couple times. My son finally loved school after only a couple weeks attending. I could see an improvement in his overall demeanor at home as well. He was different- in a beautiful, positive way as if he was finally content and filled with extra joy. As a parent, I no longer worry about him while at work and that’s a huge blessing. A few things that are above and beyond: Nurturing! Cleanliness of both facility and Child! Professionalism! Affordable! It’s difficult to put into words how fantastic the staff is. Everyone knows my son’s name and they always tell him hello/bye. The teachers truly and deeply care about the children. The director, Mrs. Shockney, encompasses all aspects of leadership and professionalism. All the kids are her babies and I assure you that you can trust her and her staff with your child. Another thing that is a big deal, they have an indoor gym so even if weather isn’t permitted, they still get to run and play outside of their classroom. I could go on and on, but take it from a family who has experienced other daycares in the area and trust when I say this is the best daycare facility to send your child(ren)!! It truly is my son’s second home.

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare! After MANY horrible and/or subpar experiences through the years, finally we have found somewhere both my child and myself are completely comfortable and at ease. The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly, it is clean, and just so amazing in every way! Mu son is so happy every day to go to school and all smiles when I pick him up. We love Premier!

They only care about money $$ I loved the school and the only reason this school was so great was because the teachers . They poured so much love and energy into these kids only for ( the family owned daycare ) to gauge the prices out and for all these kids to be pulled from the school knowing so many families are struggling to find affordable daycare. Some teachers who even work here CAN NOT AFFORD to put their own children into the school THEY WORK FOR They also denied theirs teachers raises . The kids are fed junk food everyday . It's pitiful!! The main lady is very stuck up And they obviously flash their income around . I hope these teachers are given raises because this school doesn't realize the staff they have and how fortunate they are .
