I have been to several outpatient facilities, recently methadone, which I just transitioned from, BUT this is by far the most knowledgeable clinic that I have ever been to, that includes other Suboxone clinics as well. The NP went over the process with me and was not going to let me leave until she knew that I understood the transition completely. She wasn't rushed to get me in and out of there like most places are, and that alone spoke volumes to me. I actually became emotional because I felt that God had sent me there for this very reason. The nurses there are really nice and I see no judgement from them at all. When I stated that I transitioned FROM methadone to Suboxone, I mean that I literally did NOT have to go through severe withdrawals simply because they keep up with new research to help their patients. I was actually going to a methadone clinic that is owned by a doctor and he also owns Suboxone clinics as well and had I stayed with him, I would have went through several days of withdrawals because he doesn't have a clue about the newest and best way to help his patients not go through that. I had never heard of Ideal Options until now and I'm so blessed and grateful that they were the first to pop up on my website. If you are struggling, feeling hopeless, & just ready to give up all together... DON'T! This is the best place for you to be. I promise, I'm older, I met Jesus Christ in 2015 and was blessed to be in remission for 8 years and I was able to go without opiates all together. Unfortunately, in 2023 I got COVID and it flared my illness up and I started going to a pain clinic. Within a short amount of time, it was obvious that I still could not take opioids as I should, not because I wanted to get high necessarily, but because my body now has a very high tolerance so Ideal Options is a 2-fold for me! Suboxone helps me with my pain no doubt, but the biggest part of taking it, I know that I NEVER have to go back to taking 30 hydros a day, I NEVER have to shoot up again, or be homeless EVER again! Because of suboxone, I get to keep my family near, have my own home, and have a life that I can be proud of! Altho the staff was nice & seemed to really care.... I discovered that this place is MORE about the money than they are about your care. I have had several surgeries due to my illness and every time that I had surgery, I was told that I must come in starting twice a week and then paper down to once a week then once every three weeks and then monthly, but this went on for a few months. I've never had to do that. I've never failed a drug screen there, I've never given them any reason at all to think that I was close the edge of relapse and that they would need to keep that close of an eye on me. I really questioned it in the beginning when I had to go twice a week for a few months, then once a wk for a few months and then they would take it down to once every two weeks for a few months and then once every three weeks and finally... monthly until I would have a surgery and it would start all over again and that is really sad. I started going to Dr. Wrinkles there in Hot Springs and he doesn't try to take advantage of the insurance companies that I've been blessed with but I'm sure that he would make me come in more often if I were failing drug test! Thanks Dr. Brock Wrinkles for being an honest man!!

Great clinic! I love it there! The staff and new location is amazing! I have been in recovery for over 7 years, and suboxone helped save my life! I am so glad I am a part of Ideal Option.

I appreciate Ideal Option for their successful treatment plan for my son, which gave him a future and a hope.Their efforts as well as his own have saved his life. He can now be a beacon of Hope for others trapped in the tentacles of addiction. Forever greatful.

The ladies are awesome and genuinely care, trying to help where other Dr's just using you as a guinea pig, while milking your insurance! These ladies actually care about your well-being!!!
