What Parents Say

Majority of the staff there are great! But the issues I have is that one teacher there is STILL working after being reported for being rude to parents. My youngest son is autistic, so after dropping him off he tends to run out of the classroom, so my girlfriend who was walking him to class, shut the door. This teacher and swings the door back open. The teacher as well as everyone knows of his disability so it should have been common sense to leave the door shut and not swing it open with an attitude. Another issue I have had with this same teacher is when my girlfriend brought my son in and she told him to go use the potty. He still requires help to get up on the seat. So as he tries to get on the seat, she watches him struggle to get on the seat. My girlfriend has to ask her if she was going to help him or just let him struggle. My oldest son has behavioral issues which led to him being expelled until he received proper therapy, which I was in agreement with, since it involved the safety of students and staff. As the owner explained the issues with my son she herself told me she would write a letter explaining why he has been kicked out and what issues he is having on the classroom. So tell me why I have been waiting FOUR months for her to write this paper?? So I talked to the director since she is more reliable than the actual owner herself. She informed me she asked her about the paper she was supposed to give me and her response was “well what does he want from me”? There was another day my daughter was having issues with another student that KICKED her. I talked to the owner because the director was not present at the moment. I informed her of the situation and her body language very strongly showed that she didn’t care as she said “I’ll look into later”. Her looking into it later is not looking into it at all. The owner ACTS as if she cares about nothing but getting paid. My stepson can’t even so much as spit up or have Eczema without her calling me about “the baby” so I can go pick him up. I’m very close to finding another daycare and pulling my kids out.
We love Precious Times! Our son will be 2 soon and he’s been going since just a few months old. The teachers/directors love him as if he was their own and they are great with communication. They have structure and stick to a schedule throughout the day which is so important for children. As a parent trusting others with my child, I couldn’t ask for better!
This was our first experience with daycare and absolutely wonderful. They took great care of my son. When they realized he was academically ahead of his peers the teacher assistant worked with him on an individual basis. We loved our experience here!
Has to be the worst daycare ever!! Calls everyday cause they can't handle a one year old. How are you a daycare teacher and don't know how to take care of kids. Left my grandson in a highchair with a dirty diaper😭 why all the kids played.
There was a class from this school in story time today at the library. One of the teachers was taking a picture and I asked my child not in included. She was hostile in her response. Way to be rude in front of the kids. Then, I saw the other teacher, kissing all over the students. That’s weird! As a mom, I’d be very unhappy with a teacher kissing my child no matter what age.
