We love this childcare facility and so do our boys. My husband and I have never met a more qualified team of professionals like Precious Resources in Richlands. Jade is super awesome and has a very optimistic personality and Mrs. Grace is the definition of sunshine in a person. She’s so wonderful with my infant and I know both boys feel truly cared for. We got so lucky here. All of the staff here are phenomenal.
Not sure how someone gave this daycare a one star but as for my 2 years of experience with them, my daughter has had the same teachers meaning low turn over rate and she has never had any crazy issues. Kids do get sick, fall and get bumps, normal issues no one can really control. The daycare is cleaned every day it seems and on the weekends there are people there cleaning ,I assume, when I drive by there. Better experience that any other daycare I have put my kids in.
Teachers are great and take the time to get to know you and your child - this company does not deserve them. The facility is rundown and dirty, my child was sick from day one until the day I took her out...I mean chronically ill, hundreds of dollars and trips to the doctors...The administration is a joke and the owner is money hungry. They do not clean or disinfect the facility. The facility is state-mandated - look up the meaning behind that one... The local pediatrician recommended I remove my child from their care and I stupidly did not do it until much later. I rue the day I ever put my child in this daycare.
Small, close knit, family felt daycare. My son has grown to love it very much. The staff are great and very friendly.
We love this daycare! Everyone is very nice and professional, we have had no problems and my son is excited to go every day.
