Please DO NOT IGNORE REVIEWS LIKE I DID! This place is the worst daycare I ever experienced Ms Heather is a habitual liar they are unprofessional and unsafe for children to play They enrolled my child without the proper amount of staff and expected me to keep her home after they received a full time week payment and a registration fee which they did not want to return after my child only attended 1 part time day of daycare. The cops were called Ms Heather told them a lie and could not produce proof
The worst place I have ever had my child in. No real structure, read a previous review owner is money hungry and does not care about the children, I agree. The owners last daycare closed down a few years ago and now managing Precious Moments. It's a place holder for your kids not a learning academic center where your children will thrive. Chaotic, kids running around. Can't even tell you what goes on in the day because the staff doesn't tell you. Asking them anything is like pulling teeth. What does my child eat all day long no menu, no daily reports of activities , not friendly. My child got bit twice in the past month, & now my child has began aggressive behaviors because he dislikes the environment and staff, he was thriving at his other daycare (which unfortunately had to leave because it was too far from our home.) their solution is to "suspend" toddlers from returning ! What does the prove or help the toddler that may be misbehaving? Where is the proper behavior plan or guidance? .. for "safety" concerns like my 2 year old is going to come back and think wow I missed two days because I didn't behave I will behave from now on .. make it make sense . I thought this "academic" center would be decent, I thought wrong and my son suffered the few months he attended. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Went to pick up my son and one of the staff members answered back " I don't think he was here today, haven't seen him all day" he was clearly there, in another room. What is happening in this center ?? My son is traumatized from this place, saying don't "leave me here". I should have listened to my gut unfortunately at the time it was my only choice. My biggest regret.
This is one of the worst daycares my child has ever attended. They charged me for registration knowing I had elrc and they refuse to give me the money back they owe me. Also while being very unprofessional and rude and hanging up on me and giving me incorrect emails and just wasting my time and playing games.. My child said the kids were very rude to her and the staff is not too friendly… there are much better daycares out there….
Ms. Maria is extremely helpful and accommodating giving my health and current circumstances. They treat my children well and even help my son with his homework for after school. I would recommend this place 100%
I can’t say how wonder this daycare is. The teaching staff is above average. Great hours for working households They’re compassionate and thoughtful. I highly recommend them.
