My kids have went here over a 9 year span- good quality childcare- Mrs.Sara is the best! Have had some issues, but the owner will address any issues. Also, they have cameras, which gives me peace of mind.
My 13 month old had NEVER been in daycare before but has always been an outgoing and active baby. The first two days I took him here were fine then afterwards, he starts crying as soon as I pull up to the door and pitches an absolute fit when I try to hand him to his teacher. --ive seen this teacher snatch a kid up by his arm and heard her yelling at another. This was automatically a red flag for me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just blamed it on him not wanting to be away from me and thinking maybe these other kids did something to hurt themselves or another kid... Few days later he gets moved into the nursery because he has "anxiety" from being with the other toddlers. My son has NEVER showed any signs of anxiety and always plays with other kids that are way older than him with no problem. Couple days into being in the nursery he starts pitching a fit when I give him to that teacher. So at this point he's crying every time I pull in the driveway and drop him off and every time I pick him up. I end up putting the notice in for his last week and I run into someone that worked there and she proceeds to tell me that she quit because she couldn't handle the way these other teachers were treating the kids, my son specifically. She got into an argument with the first one for snatching him up by his arm and said "no wonder he doesn't like you." So not only did someone put their hands on my kid, he was left to scream and cry all day because they said he needed to "get used to it." He cried so hard he threw up one day. They even got mad at her for actually picking him up and loving on him. This girl was the only one that my son actually seemed like himself with and when we asked about it they said it was just because she looks like me which she doesn't at all. For someone to get so frustrated at a baby that cries because he's in a new environment, was sick 4 out of the 6 weeks i had paid for, and because HE DOESN'T NAP GOOD is just ridiculous. Babies need love and attention especially when they don't feel good. Not only did they deny that this happened or could happen, she refused to refund me for only the last week that he will not be there as if they didn't make enough money off a kid that was hardly there ($600 for two weeks IF THAT) and threatened me about saying anything about Precious Minutes 😂 Sorry but this is stuff parents need to know. Be mindful of this if you start taking your kids here. Listen to your kids, watch out for the warning signs, and trust your gut feeling. I knew my son was not happy and didn't pay close enough attention and it breaks my heart
this daycare expects you to have your child there by 8:30 in the morning and if you don’t they will not except them. Some mornings they tell you they have to be there before 8:30 then other mornings they tell you 9 o’clock. It’s not school. They are babies. If I pay somebody $100 a week I expect them to be available when I need them available. Do not put your child in this daycare unless you want them to treat you like trash. Every single one of their employees acts like they hate their job and won’t even greet you good morning when you drop off your child. They expect you to be on their schedule. They don’t care about the times that you need help to watch your kids.
LOVE THIS DAYCARE! I’ve known everyone there for quite some time. Same daycare/pre-k I attended back in the 90’s! Very loving staff and personnel! My kids are LOVED and CARED by EVERYONE there! I know I’d never have any concerns about anyone here! Love you guys!
Never check for Identification or sign out. Smells terrible. The shift change with workers is bothersome. No one communicates with one another on what is happening with your child. Child starving and very sleepy taking no naps. Adults are all over the place and looks unfriendly. Child is usually alone attending to themself looking sad, uncomfortable and unloved.
