We have both our kids going to this daycare and we LOVE them!! 10/10 recommend! We switched to Precious Minds after dealing with a previous daycare and the teachers at Precious Minds and the Director are all SO nice and treat our kids so good. We have a 6 and 2 year old. Our 6 year old gets picked up from his school by them and brought to the daycare until we pick them up after work. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great daycare with loving teachers/mentors!
Believe the reviews when they say they will unenroll your child when they are in the wrong . I was not told at the beginning of enrolling my children that the daycare closed at 5:30 despite what the time saids on the BRIGHT from the start website . Which made me late twice picking up my kids. The daycare director is VERY nasty and passive aggressive. Instead of speaking to me like professionals the daycare owner unenrolled my children from the daycare and never made contact with me. She tried to tell me she would have a conversation with the daycare director, in reality everyone is just about related there. I’m glad she unenrolled my children for me . It was a dim presence from the co workers anyway. Choose wisely.
My child attended this daycare for virtual learning for three weeks. Withdrew my child because of the unprofessionalism from the staff. All of them are family members, I do not know this family personally at all just driving by went inside to inquire about their virtual learning program. Anyway, my child did not attend her virtual Awards Day program due to Ms. Janice telling her daughter Ms. Tanya that I didn't not tell her that my child needed to be on virtual learning. When I clearly did. School is not out until May 26th, 2021. BTW I'm posting this review on May 25th, 2021. Ms. Janice is very unprofessional. On May 24th I observed a baby with fever being handed to another worker (another family member) along with the passing of liquid fever medicine. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and children who are sick and running a fever should not even be at any daycare centers. They also have a "Now Hiring Sign" posted out front of the building. I do not recommend this daycare because the lies and unprofessional behavior. The Director is no different, she gave me another excuse that she had a doctors appointment and that's why my child missed virtual Field Day about two weeks ago. Precious Minds is not a good daycare, the other reviews must be from their family members posting.
