My 2 year old grandson has been going here for 8 months. He has learned so many new things. All the ladies that check him in , teach in his class room and see him out at pick up are all great care providers. We are going to miss them 😢
My son has been going to this daycare since he was 3 months old, I love how he is learning so much stuff, and he enjoys being around other kids! The teachers are real cool, and always notify me whenever he has an incident or trouble. I recommended friends to enroll their child(ren), and the pricing is affordable as well. They WILL work with you. Excellent staff!!
As a first time mother who was already skeptical of putting my daughter in daycare I can truly say my short lived experience with PLLC was HORRIFIC! During the first week alone: my baby did not have a stable classroom, 2nd day came home with diaper rash, 3rd day got hurt (had to find out upon pick up), and to wrap up that week....I picked her up and she had nothing on but shorts and socks! I don't even know how long she sat like that NOR why they didn't notify me immediately! Even after that I still tried to stick it out thinking this is just normal daycare stuff. However I drew the line when it seemed the staff labeled my child and seemed to be mistreating her due to what they felt she had. One day as I was picking up my child an employee stated, "did your dad talk to you about the counseling?" To which I replied, "counseling for what?" With a straight face this lady looked at me and said, "well, you know it's something wrong with her!" Uhh ma'am I beg your kindest pardon....that is NOT how you talk to a parent or notify them of anything going on with their child. Needless to say...the next day WE WERE OUT!
This is the first daycare I’ve come across during these hard times that’ll work with a parents schedule. Other daycares wouldn’t take in my children during a pandemic or if they did it would be long term only. They do drop-ins and part time without having to go full time. So if mom/dad needs a break or just need to run errands or do work/school stuff this is the place. I felt confident my kiddos would do okay here. My youngest is just 2 months old so I had anxiety and would worry but here I felt relaxed. The teachers greet all parents at the door and take them in. Everyone here is kind and friendly. I’ve seen other daycare centers where the teachers are over burnt and have attitudes but not here. Everyone’s so full of positive energy. So if you’re ever in the Lancaster/Wilmer/Red Oak area of Dallas I’d recommend this place.
I’m extremely disappointed in this facility.. these young women are poorly trained and their lack of knowledge will hurt this buisness…Negative energy is present in this place. But I will take this as a lesson .
