The daycare staff are really welcoming and nice. I appreciate they do not "baby" or spoil the children and they are honest with parents.The director and the women at the front desk are always nice and pleasant. However, their food choices can be more healthy and have more variety. Also, I see that my child does alot of rotating teachers throughout the day, he is usually with 4 different teachers. I also understand that the teachers schedules are all different and this may be why.
I have 5 children and my oldest is 10 years old & have been with them since he was 2yrs old! All of my children attend their since they were born! Clean, entertaining, fun, great learning! Dont get me wrong nothings perfect but if anything goes wrong they make sure things is right and clients are satisfied! Im a very satisfied client & i would request anybody to take their here! Thank precious babies for making me feel like family!!
Excellent experience with my daughter. She started at 6 months and is now 14 months. The staff is amazing!!! Super friendly and really care about the children. Great communication on a regular basis. A ton of learning activities for babies. Only thing to note is they are not open on weekends 😔.
For my infant, our experience was horrible. The "teachers" or the women caring for the babies are beyond unpleasant! They ALL have attitudes and are very unprofessional and unsociable. I would not recommend this daycare for an infant. The director is cool, though...
Staff our unprofessional and rude. A Braid was ripped out of child's head and nobody knew what happened or even told me that her hair was ripped out and the teacher "that saw my child pull her hair out" ( i found out a week later she saw her rip her own hair out) has yet (1 week later) to write an incident report. The owner of this precious babies is extremely BELLIGERENT.. I asked how didn't any one see my daughters hair being ripped out. She responded "Because we didn't" with a neck roll. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY GOOD PARENT TO SEND THEIR CHILD TO THIS DAY CARE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR PROFESSIONAL.
