Posh Tot Learning Academy

We’ve been at Posh for a little over a year now, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. After a negative experience at another daycare, a friend highly recommended Posh, and I am so glad we made the switch. The welcoming, family-like atmosphere immediately stood out to us. Every teacher is incredibly kind and caring, and what amazes me most is that pretty much all of them know my son by name, even those in other rooms. They keep him so engaged and are wonderful about sharing updates with us, which gives me complete trust in the care he receives. Since starting at Posh, my son has met and even surpassed many of his milestones, and I know the nurturing environment here has played a huge role in that. The director, Abby, and owner, Debbie, are both so involved and easy to reach. They are always responsive, supportive, and genuinely treat my son like family. The facility is always clean, and I’ve noticed how diligent they are about sanitizing… especially during sick season. I also love all the fun extras they plan throughout the year, like water days, spirit weeks, and class parties. The photos we receive during the week are such a gift, and I love seeing my son’s big smiles while he’s exploring sensory activities, making artwork, or playing outside. Choosing Posh was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son. We feel so lucky to be part of this community, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly to other parents.

WE LOVE POSH TOTS! I wish I could give them more stars. We struggled with fertility for almost a decade, so when our little one came, we were EXTRA protective of her. Finding Posh Tots Learning Academy has been a major blessing. There isn’t one person there who isn’t loving and attentive to the children. AND it doesn’t seem like there is a lot of turn over. I see the same lovely faces almost every day My daughter loves to go to school and is constantly coming home having learned new things. They have excellent learning plans and provide the learning schedule weekly. They are so creative too. My child gets to do all kinds of crafts and activities that she loves. They provide nutritional meals and snacks and have introduced my daughter to new foods that she loves and we didn’t even think to give her. I never thought that I would find a childcare provider that would love our girl as much as much as we do, but her teachers and the staff members bleed love. Not just for my child, but I see it for EVERY child. If you are looking for a place for your kiddo, I highly recommend. They are worth every penny and more. I cannot say enough good things about Posh.

If we could give Posh more stars we would!! We've had one go from the baby room and graduated at Posh and another currently there and we ONLY HAVE AMAZING things to say. The genuine care from the staff, the daily activities, outside and inside play spaces, the great snacks/meals, the fun, the learning, and the overall development "Posh" provides is incredible. We are so thankful for everyone at Posh for their help setting up our little ones for success in the future. Our current elementary school student and toddler are doing well socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. They're happy kiddos and look forward to going there! We love Posh!!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Posh Tot when we moved to NWA! From the very beginning, the staff have shown genuine warmth, patience, and care, which has helped our child feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. The teachers go above and beyond to create a nurturing space where every child is valued. One of the things I appreciate most is the creativity in their daily lessons and activities. Each week has thoughtful themes that spark curiosity and make learning fun! We’ve been so impressed with how the teachers encourage independence, kindness, and a love of learning. Our child has grown so much socially and emotionally, and we see the impact of the daycare’s supportive environment at home too. Communication with parents is excellent—they keep us updated on milestones, activities, and little moments that brighten our day. Overall, this daycare feels like a second home for our family. We are deeply grateful for the care and dedication of the teachers and staff, and we couldn’t ask for a better place for our child to learn, grow, and thrive!

We absolutely love Posh tot ! Our 5-year-old just completed four wonderful years here, and the care, attention, and love the staff show every single day have been incredible. From the teachers to the directors, everyone truly goes above and beyond to make sure the children feel safe, supported, and happy. Watching our oldest grow, learn, and gain confidence through their program has been amazing, and there was never a doubt in our minds about where our second child would go. The communication through the app, structure, and genuine care they provide make this place feel like family. We’re so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on both our kids. Absolutely recommend it!
