We enjoyed the church our first 2 times we went there but the 3rd and 4th time we went was the deciding factor to not come back. Way to much gossip going around. I assumed with it being a small town church there would be some gossip but it was on the max at this church. Very disappointing. We went there to worship God, not to talk about who is dating who or what other people we're doing in there own time while judging them.
I have horrible social anxiety and going to church makes me feel like I'm being judged. I've never felt comfortable in a large church situation because I don't always feel like getting dressed up or doing my hair and makeup. I started going to Discovery Church and the way they make me feel is hey we see that you have issues, guess what we do too. And we will love you through them. If you ever felt like you didn't belong in church but wanted to find one I would highly recommend discover Church.
Good people, a friendly place too worship. The pastor really cares about each and every person. The music is the greatest, the worship service is open to all different religions. They are a nondenominational church, with a true love for the lord Jesus Christ.
