The kids don’t have toys or food to eat and the beds or broken down. She only care about the MONEY!!!!!! If u really love and car about your kids don’t bring them!!!!! Please and thank you!!!!!!!

I began using this center two months ago. I appreciate a few members of the staff. But at least one of the directors is unbelievably mean looking....her expression is depressive and unhappy. She doesn't acknowledge your presence upon arrival or departure. The other director much different polar opposites in this respect. Today this lady wanted me to give her a schedule again, because her staff had to leave for second shift. I informed her that everything has been submitted upon completion of the enrollment which took place two months ago. She said she cant find it. I said I will gladly email you another copy, just email me any concerns and requests in writing. The tone, was loud,mean,aggressive and unprofessional. I have made it a point to speak to her in a tone that models respect. I asked her to not speak to me in that manner. I informed her further that I will not continue with the discussion and I also informed her that the other staff has made it quite clear about the staffing circumstance. I further requested was there a camera. The owner need to review whats going on...prayerfully she or he is interested and concerned.....I have been quite considerate of the staffs schedule,but that is not my job to do so...it is the other way around. I expect 2nd shift and third shift coverage...and i have made the agency aware in advance as well as it is documented in their paperwork. Pooh county is advertised as 24 hour.....I am telling you centers in Cleveland and the surrounding areas are compromised when it come to maintaining their motto and intended goal.......I am a community service advocate for quality services for individuals of the community. I refer families and individuals for quality services in the greater Cleveland and surrounding areas. Please read research and represent your position where you are spending your dollars. Quality Childcare is under represented in Cleveland especially......Find me a center where the staff is professional and pleasant enough for you to feel like ok this is wonderful for my child.......Also keep in mind the hours that you are using compared to the hours they are actually able to full-fill for you. Investigate carefully the staffing status...as. well as if there are complaints or and concerns. Reviews are helpful, it speaks volumes. Thanks for reading

I saw somebody(truck driver) was trying to park his 18wheeler cross the street, and lady form this child care messing around that truck and taking pictures etc, acting like mobilograph. Please, don’t mess around the truck. If u wanna help go help, if not, get out!

The worst daycare I ever sent my kids to. Teachers falling a sleep in classrooms hitting kids terrible. If I could leave a zero I would of did that.

This place is FILTHY the teachers cuss at children, they don't have the appropriate cookware everything is out The microwave they don't say prayers before every meal very very unprofessional I had a teacher kick my son chair because of a statement he said "you could say excuse me"
