Avoid at all costs even though childcare is scarce. Serious safety concerns, zero accountability from the board when they occur especially the board director. They also do not follow the guidelines under being a ministry daycare. Which by the way, are very very different than a regular licensed daycare. Multiple staff scream at children in front of parents. They are under a new director as well. Shout out to Heather who works there, she's been amazing as well as a couple others however it is not worth the safety risk my family's experienced that's had to include police report, and my child being neglected while in their care and many other things. Use caution even if desperate for childcare.
We love PLUM! We have been involved with PLUM for years, probably 8. They have had a change in staff like any small business over the years but this team is GREAT! My children love Christy the director. The rest of the staff are great, smart, dependable and care about the children.
