So thankful to have found Playtime Child Care & Learning Center! My daughter loves her teachers, the center is VERY clean, the staff has been absolutely amazing and consistent, and I have peace of mind knowing she is being taken excellent care of and is thriving!
I enrolled my son into Playtime when he was 6 months old. Being a first time mom, I was so nervous to leave my baby in the hands of someone else but quickly became comfortable with his caregivers and trusted them wholeheartedly. The teachers in each classroom are so nurturing and loving and truly love watching the children grow. My son absolutely adored each of his teachers and I often picked him up after work to see him being snuggled and loved on. I just felt like the staff was an extension of family and appreciated that they took the time to really understand and learn the personalities of each of child. I loved seeing the classrooms decorated for each season and bringing home little arts and crafts that my son made during his day. If there was ever a minor concern, Brandon would call me to give me a heads up and I appreciated that there was such a quick response from their facility. I recently moved and have enrolled my son into another daycare but it’s just not the same. Playtime daycare is truly a gem and if I could, I’d pick it up and move it to AZ with me!
We love playtime. I am a first time mom to newborn twins. My twins were very difficult and colicky when they first started. All the teachers at playtime did such a great job with them and continue to. The boys feel so loved and I feel they take such great care of them.
Absolutely terrible, my ex husband and I both utilize this facility ( together having our son attend 5 days a week, my ex husband 3 days and me 2) found out they were charging me almost 100$ more dollars a month than they were charging him. I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse so I had my mother give notice that I would be pulling him from the center during my time based on this, it was specifically asked if there was anything I needed to do which we were told no I get a call a week later saying I now have to put in a 2 week notice. Better off going to a more well know daycare corporation where prices are set and not determined/ changing person to person. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were discriminating with their prices based on other factors as well.
The only saving grace for this daycare is the teachers. Everything else from the director to the menu is severely lacking. We switched to this daycare after our second child as they were half the price of our previous daycare. We quickly saw the difference and why they were so cheap. Security is non existent, they have no cameras and haven't changed the door code in 4 years. The menu is subpar and I was told it is disheartening to watch healthier food get poured down the sink when kids don't eat it so why serve it. Great mentality (heavy sarcasm). The facility itself is incredibly outdated and you can not even pay with credit cards. Any criticism or recommendations you have with be met with arguments and condescension from the overly fake director. They also like using tv to entertain children instead of having teachers there in the morning. My opinion, there are much better daycares out there that will actually help mold and enlighten your children.
