I had my son here for 2 years and when he got older and I started noticing more about this daycare it was a complete nightmare. My son was coming home every week with scratches to his face bite marks. They were full of excuses and blamed my child they took videos of my son with their personal phones. My son screamed cried and begged me every morning to not go. I struggled with depression knowing that I had to take him due to not having an open available spot at any other daycare and me having to work 50 hours a week. Came home filthy shirt full of food and dirt which to me that’s neglect! They also switched his classroom without my knowledge when he was 2 they put him with the 3 year olds and my son told me the older kids were “fighting” him. When I finally moved him to a beautiful daycare with zero issues he has been there 3 mo and they absolutely love him and take very well care of him. They told me at Playskool my son is a special child and will not last at the new one. Apparently he needs “special” care. They disgust me and I will never recommend. The workers are only there for a job and do not love kids. Be aware of your child because you are the only one who can protect them in this world. You are their voice!!! Zero stars
This facility deserves more then 5 stars. I will give them a 10/10.
