I went here as a kid and I would 100% trust my kids to go here as well. The facility is very clean It all the staff is very respectful, especially the owner.
Nephews went here. Dirty. No Security. Some Staff is nice which is the only decent part. They dont really do much when kids get injured or bullied, when most stuff happens they try to turn it around on the parent or the child. Parents, Staff, and Etc. being afraid to write actual reviews due to certain staff members retaliating or having attitudes after they read it. Even half the 5 star reviews was made by people the Director asked to make.
Our child was injured and no call was made at the time, we were told at pick up and when we questioned our child, we found out that the accident happened when the employee/teacher was across the room and he was actually standing up in a chair and fell.. granted he shouldn’t have been standing up in the chair. The most upsetting thing was when I spoke to “Director”, her response was NOT ... I am sorry your child was hurt, I understand why you are upset, I will look into this.... but instead was .... I don’t feel like this is my concern and I feel like a third party in this situation!!! Really??? As a DIRECTOR... I would personally think you are responsible for everyone within the building and everything that goes on??? If not, you are a glorified secretary , who answers the phone and takes care of paper work! Then when I asked for pictures of the lay out of the room, since video is not available.. I was met with yet another insult, stating she would not have time... I then informed her that I would just let the state look into it at that point!!! Very disappointed!!!
This place is dirty. I was able to walk in get my child and make it outside without seeing any adults, and that was they're last day. Parents beware Response: I’m only stating the truth, NOT BASHING. I don’t have enough time to randomly look up podunk town babysitters. Pick up your children in back, go through the unlocked fence, door, walk in a few steps and cribs are in a room on the left....been there I don’t feel I need to put my information out here for fear of retaliation. My child was there less than a month because of the lack of supervision, yes I made it all the way out to my car with my child. And if you don’t believe give it a try yourself!
Every time I call they either do not answer at all, or when they do they are always very rude with me. My husband made our sons reservation spot so at first they would give me absolutely no information, after he added me to the list, I called and asked how much our bill was and was told “I don’t have to give you that information” … I’m sorry what? My son attends your center and ur not gonna tell me how much ur charging me? These people don’t need to be in child care if they cannot treat the parents with respect.
