The staff at Play Pals is full of wonderful ladies. Ms. Bonnie the director is very nice. I never once had a problem or feeling of concern while my child was there. The staff was always pleasant to us.
My child suffered severe bruising to his face after falling on concrete which seemed to be a break area. I was called and told he only had a scratch on his nose. When I got there to pick him up my baby’s whole face was severely covered with scrapes and bruises I immediately rushed him to the ER. I before this incident I expressed my concerns with the owner about about small issues as far as his cups having the same milk or amount in them when I would pick him up and his diapers not being used. She told me she would switch him back to his old classroom and she lied. I don’t have evidence that he was abused but for I know for sure he was neglected and is left with permanent scaring to his face. After talking to workers it was said he was iced in his sleep after this incident. Please don’t let this happen to your child.. I have pictures, voicemails, and medical records as proof if needed
We NEVER had an issue with this Daycare and NEVER worried about our children’s safety. The Director Mrs. Bonnie is very nice and my kids loved her.
My son love this center and the staff is great
