Our child has thrived at Play and Learn at Community Place, he is nearly two and has attended since he was three months old. All of the teachers we have had have been wonderful. He cheers and claps when we arrive each day and basically runs in (honestly for a toddler what could be a better and more reassuring endorsement?) The teachers care deeply about all of the children and o ffer opportunities for sensory experiences, outdoor play, reading, music, and art nearly every day. They have helped him through a difficult transition to the CV toddler room and a couple of flares of separation anxiety. The facility is clean, spacious, and has amazing outdoor play spaces for kids of all ages that are right off the classrooms . I would definitely recommend this daycare.
Play and Learn at Community Place has been amazing so far! My son loves his teachers and they have been wonderful at helping him transition into daycare after only being at home due to Covid/quarantine. We have seen his development take off since starting there. I know my son is safe and in good hands when he is there. I would absolutely recommend using this daycare.
My son has been attending Play and Learn at Community Place for the past 5 months, and it has been a great experience so far. He started when he was 3 months old, and from the beginning the staff had been so caring and wonderful. Ms. Kate, Ms. Makayla, and Ms. Yolanda all give him so much attention and teach him new things all the time. He is happy when he arrives and leaves each day. His teachers keep us updated throughout the day, and it is so exciting to get photos each day seeing him having fun. We are so happy he is getting such an amazing experience where he can socialize with other kids and be watched by such caring teachers!
My 4 month old started at Play & Learn about a month ago and everyone has been great helping us through the transition. From my tour with the director it was clear she was energetic, creative, and excited to be working with the kids. Ms. Kate and Ms. Makayla have been so responsive and sweet to our girl. When we mention that we are practicing sitting or grabbing at home, we get pictures later in the day of our daughter sitting or grabbing the toys. My favorite part of the work day is getting a notification of a new photo and seeing my girl with a big smile. We are so appreciative of all they do and thrilled we found them just when we needed them!
My son started at Play and Learn at Community Place when he was 5 months old. He is now 2 years old and has learned so much over the last few years. He knows how to count, sing songs, use sign language, identify shapes or colors, and use manners consistently. We love our Play and Learn teachers!
