Pixie Playhouse Day Care Center

Pixie Playhouse is an amazing place! My almost 3 year old daughter absolutely loves it! I have peace of mind leaving my daughter here while I am at work. They were so kind and understanding of my hesitations and let me visit many times before officially enrolling my daughter. They are excellent about giving my daughter her dairy-sensitive milk (so I'm not sure why the other reviewer said they didn't care about allergies). The atmosphere is wonderful as well as all of the teachers demeanors. The facility is extremely clean and the hours are great! I highly recommend Pixie!

The previous review is a sham. Both of my kids have gone to pixie and they are just fine. Pixie teaches basic moral values to kids and gets them ready for preschool. They have been nothing but top notch and a staple in our community.

I'd give a rating of 0 stars if that was possible. My daughter started going to pixie in 2017, before she turned 2. She is 4 now and will be permanently leaving due to how horribly I have been treated by the Owner, Ria Albano. This woman would mock me and make fun of me for not being wealthy. This woman made me buy new shoes for my daughter after I had just bought her new shoes. She told me they were "too messy and sparkly" which they were not. The sparkles didnt come off. She told me I HAD to buy her new shoes because she was tired of vacuuming up sparkles all day. Which never happened the sparkles did not come off. Not easily especially. I was pregnant at this time, and I had told her "well I will have to wait til payday" and she told me, to my FACE, "you shouldnt have another kid if you cant afford the first one." Which was completely uncalled for and very heartless. I was and still am very capable of providing for my kids. This woman recently messaged me mocking me for being poor and told me "well since you're moving I feel comfortable telling this to you since you're leaving this school." This is how she treated a client. My daughters last day was going to be Friday the 13th. But I refuse to spend another penny at this daycare. Your money is better spent at a place that likes your children and YOU, the parent. If they talked like this to me and made fun of me, I can only imagine how they are with the kids behind closed doors. Furthermore, I picked up my daughter one day recently, and she had an accident at pixie. #2. My girl told me that they did not change her UNTIL AFTER nap time. They had lunch and played outside... all while she had pooped her pants and told them so. And they didn't clean her up until after nap time. I got her home and noticed she STILL had poop caked on her legs. I had to scrape it off with hot water, that's how long it was on her. I was not told that she had an accident at school until I picked her up. My daughter told me that they waited to change her. That is unacceptable. This facility claims to be of the Christian faith, but they have been the most unkind, judgemental christian folk I have met

i went to this school when I was younger and loved it. the staff was so kind and caring to me and all of my classmates.

Holy Moly, my son got his birthday cake thrown away by the staff on his birthday!!!
