This place is more like a baby sitting place. My grand daughter went there the entire year and she still can not recognize all of her ABC’s . There were a few teachers that were exceptionally nice. But there were a few that had no personality at all. I volunteered one day, and only one day because, the teacher barely said 2 words to me . I was going to stay the entire day but I felt rushed out of the door. The time I was there there was little interaction with the kids. I do not recommend this head start. On graduation day, because my grand daughter is starting kindergarten 2 weeks early at a charter school, she was not allowed to have a graduation hat. She cried. I would rather her repeat kindergarten where I know she’ll be taught then have her go here a second year.
I absolutely LOVE the staff at Piney Grove Head Start! They are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming❤️❤️❤️
