I started my sons enrollment in June, when school started i started reaching out to the school because i new i had sent his enrollment form in within the correct time frame. Intially the lady was telling me they had not gotten to my sons application but in fact school had already started. Then i contacted a branch over them they looked at the application and informed me that i was right and my son had been accepted i should contact the local facilty regarding his start date. I called again than they told me my me i should wait on my acceptance letter. I recieved the acceptance letter and it gave me the incorrect website address to complete enrollment. The only counselor there told me my son cant start til i complete the enrollment online, what she failed to mention was the docment she sent had an incorrect web address i have a B.A degree so im good at research and figuring things out. I sent and email explaining there is something wrong with the site. I had already scheduled to meet with a enrollment couselor but the lady told me over and over we can not meet til you complete your enrollment online. The day i was scheduled to meet her she sent Me the correct site information 30mins before our scheduled meet time. I live 10mins away but i was able to go in and complete the enrollment i was 5mins late to meet the lady because she decided to send me the correct enrollment information 30 mins before our meet. I also had enough time to compare the email toward the letter she sent and notice there was a error on the letter she sent. The error gave me the wrong enrollment website. When i got there 5 mins late she refused to see me but stood in the hallway to argue with me about how she sent me the information by mail and it should have been completed two weeks ago i explained that all she had to do was look at the letter she sent me than type it in on her computer than she would notice the error was on her end instead she went back and forth with me til the director came out and escorted me out the door because the couselor said she sent me the same letter she sent the other parents i explained if you sent them that letter they are also having problems and i shouldnt be the only parent complaining. This couselor is trouble and not ethical at all neither is the lady in those two front offices the secretary is very bad as well. I scheduled to meet with a counselor one day i got there for the appt she argued me down that i could not have scheduled with the counselor because their is only one counselor she had a horrible attitude with devil horns. I showed her my confirmation on my phone than she said there was a glinch in the system never apologized for her rude outburst i asked to speak to someone over all of them a lady came out calmed everything down and all a sudden the secreatary was nice and courteous asked me if i could sign in which is what i asked her when i intially got there she said there is no need to sign it cause you arnt on the schedule. These people are extremely rude and someone should pull those records and cameras people should not be treated this way it is now November my son has been accepted but they keep giving me excuses as to why he cant start. Because i told them my son has an allergy break out to peanut butter please dont give him peanut butter. His doctor has done their diatician form and they wont let my son start school although he was accepted in August. Also the school doesnt even serve peanut butter. Everytime i call they disconnect the call so i started emailing to document and the response i got was they are waiting for diatician to go over my son allergy form. It is November school started in August.
