Phillips Avenue Child Development Center

Wonderful loving staff. My son grew leaps and bounds due to the staff. If you are looking for a child development center that will prepare your child for kindergarten this is the place to be.

Class started at 8:00 am got here at 7:30 teachers just stared at us and closed the door. Then came out said class don’t start until 8:00 and closed it again, knowing we had no transportation so we would get here early

my son went there and I love the teachers and he leaned alot there very professionals and good clean atmosphere
