They never answer the phone or call you back shouldn't be that hard to get an appointment scheduled
It's a great place... If your looking for a family doctor..... Everyone is really nice....they do not discriminate...there kind to everyone... They let you know there there to help ....not like the doctors in van wert....now they definitely discriminate....
Great dental care! Very nice and helpful! I am not good at all when it comes to getting my teeth worked on, especially when it comes to needles! The Dr. and her assistant helped calm me down and I took the shots in my mouth like a champ! Thanks to the Dr., and to her assistant Heather for calming me down and making me feel better!
Don’t take Peggy Sherman on as your provider. She has cancelled 4 appts over the last 4 mos. I finally have an appt today and she calls and wants to reschedule again. It’s important that you have a professional who will see you when you’re sick. I’m calling the BBB and turn her in for this. She is crazy to think I’d give her another chance. I found out last year I had cancer. It took her over two and a half weeks for her to get an order for a biopsy, after many calls from myself and my cancer dr. I did have an aggressive kind of cancer. She doesn’t have your best interest in mind AT ALL. Do yourself a big favor and find someone else. Like I’m doing today. 🙏🏼
I have had an absolutely wonderful dental experience here! When another dentist in town messed up my fillings and then left me high and dry, this office listened and then fixed ALL of my problems. And they were nothing but kind and knowledgable while doing so!
