The manager/director there wasn't friendly. It's apparent that she has a disdain for people that aren't well off. Didn't feel welcomed. Also, the place is pretty small, especially what they call "the family room". Otherwise, it's just your typical YMCA...
Safe & okay education for children however their billing system sucks, they charge crazy amounts of fees and wont tell you what for. ELRC told me they have people complaining all the time about this specific location. They tried to charge me over 10,000$ in “fees” over mistakes they would make and then when I threatened lawyers it would somehow be fixed. My copay for elrc was 5$ and no reason i should have been charged that much money. I have witnessed a teacher aggressively pull and yell in a autistic childs face and when i mentioned it to a director i was told it was because that classroom is hard to deal with…. Most of the teachers and the directors had attitudes and very passive aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend. The one thing i do love about the daycare is the center is beautiful.
They did an amazing job at training me to be a lifeguard, I recommend this place to everyone!
