What Parents Say
Peter Rabbit Daycare receives mixed reviews. The majority of parents praise the caring staff, strong teacher-child relationships, good communication, and family-like atmosphere. However, a minority of parents report poor communication, unprofessional conduct, defensive responses to concerns about injuries, and rudeness toward parents.
My wife and I have been using this daycare for 9 months and have had nothing short of positive experiences. Staff to child ratios appear better than other places if had experience with, and Peter Rabbit Day Care stands out in the way that the kids aren’t treated like numbers but individual little people giving a family like atmosphere. Our little one will be moving on to Kindergarten soon but I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality and Professional facility.
I have 3 kids that go to peter rabbit. I wouldn't trust anyone esle with my kids. The teachers communicate well, all the teachers, love the kids and all 3 of my kids LOVE going to daycare. Highley recommend Peter rabbit.
Highly recommend! My son has gone to Peter Rabbit for two years. The teachers are caring, friendly and trustworthy. I have never had a problem.
This daycare does not communicate well with the parents of the children who attend there. They are not welcoming to the parents, and they write extremely unprofessional notes to parents when there is an issue! They are lucky I do not post that note on social media for others to read. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone. I will definitely be spreading the word to the community to avoid this place!
This daycare doesn't have my recommendation. There's a lack of communication. Our son came home with bruises and a cut that looked like an adult sized fingernail scratch. As concerned parents we had questions looking for a civil conversation. They delayed the accident notice, because a personal emergency was prioritized over running a business and the care of a child. That personal emergency involved having to put a dog down. However when called, and upon showing up to the daycare they were highly defensive. We just had questions, and we we're told "we're not gunna argue with you guys", "you guys can call DCFS, if you think you're gunna do something to us you're not". We understand kids can be accident prone, but the entire process was suspicious and disrespectful. To any interested parents please be cautious.
