What Parents Say
Personal Touch Childcare Services receives mixed reviews with significant polarization. Multiple parents praise quality care, staff dedication, communication, and child development, while others report serious concerns including alleged discrimination against children with special needs, high staff turnover, unreliable transportation and hours, and unprofessional operations.
Personal Touch Child Care has offered my daughter the best quality care, my daughter has been going to Personal Touch since 2021. My daughter is a toddler now and to see how much she has learned academically as well as socially and emotionally is beautiful. The director is always supportive to the needs of the children, she truly has a sweet kind spirit and she is always available if you have any questions or concerns. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well, I love my daughter’s teachers they truly care about the children they care about the quality of education I appreciate you. It’s a blessing to know that parents are updated throughout the day about the wellbeing of their children, “communication is golden” at Personal Touch I’m always updated and informed ahead of time of closures, events, half days, etc. God Bless Personal Touch. Amen
My son goes here , if I had to move he will still continue to go here . Such amazing daycare and they do not play about our babies! It hard to find something like PTCC. Amazing staff as well ! And my son is always happy when I go pick him up 🤎🤎🤎
My children Stephanie (Maddie) Smith (1- 5) and Christopher Smith ( 3 months - 5)was with Personal Touch for many many years and the owner love these babies her vision was epic. It's my heart's joy to still know you are still loving our babies. Many blessings!!!
This center is NOT friendly to children with special needs or IEP services. Instead of training their staff to include special needs children, the director will call the cops on parents to get them to take their kids out. It is illegal to deny preschool education to children with IEPs but this center will.
I was once here when I was a little girl the rooms were kinda good but I just didn't like what they served as drink. They always served milk and I never liked it so I would either get water or nothing to drink. At the time i was put in the big kids group so I hung out with people my age. My experience being here was sorta good. - Chloe
