As a grandmother of five grandchildren I have spent a lot of time in different Baltimore County child care centers picking up children. Perry Hall Learning Center is the best childcare center I have experienced. Whenever I stop in, the children are happy and seldom crying or upset. When they are, someone is there soothing them and helping meet any issue. Everyone is genuinely loving the children, not just being paid to do it. You are lucky if you get a space in this center that feels like a home.
Despite being "out of the way" for us, our son has been at PHLC since he was old enough to be in daycare - it's been nothing short of amazing. The staff are unbelievably friendly and truly adore these kids. The facility is top notch. We've never had a single issue or concern that our little one is receiving anything less than the care we'd provide for him ourselves. PHLC is truly the best! Our little one is happy the second we get to 'school' and has a huge smile every time we enter the facility.
I feel safe and comfortable dropping my infant off everyday knowing she is well taken care of. I'm very impressed with the whole team Joanne, Susan, Patricia, Alicia, Ms. Rae all wonderful. Very responsive and open to changes in babies schedule. Feels like home.
My daughter now 2.5 started at PHLC two months ago. We are thrilled with the center. It feels like home, and she can't wait to go each day. The teachers are wonderful and she is learning so much! We couldn't be happier!
The staff at Perry Hall Learning Center are wonderful and the place is well-run! My youngest daughter went there. She loved the teachers & staff and they were like family, including Mrs Trisha, Mrs. Crystal, Mrs. Joanne, etc.
