Its a big government funded housing complex. Generally speaking, the buildings and surrounding areas are clean, well kept. I've known many good people who lives here. The location is good, it's like in the middle of a few mountains. That means isn't that hot in comparison to other areas and fresh breeze can be feel in the apartments.
Looks like a maximum security prison but ok.
