I brought my daughter to this daycare for a trial day and picked her up early. What I personally witnessed was shocking and heartbreaking. About seven children were standing in line to use one small potty area. There was no proper bathroom door, and children who had just woken up from their nap were forced to wait for long periods. Several children, including my daughter, wet themselves right in front of me. There were almost no toys in the classroom. The children looked scared, stressed, and emotionally distressed. I personally witnessed one child wet the bed out of fear. The environment felt more like punishment than care. When I asked about another restroom, I was shown an adult bathroom with no light, which is completely inappropriate and unsafe for young children. I also observed unsanitary conditions. The children appeared hungry, were not properly allowed to eat from their own lunch boxes, and were frequently yelled at. I also want to add that one of the caregivers, who I was told has hearing difficulties, was recently allowed to return to work. I respect people with disabilities; however, in this case I personally witnessed serious problems with communication and supervision. She often yelled at the children and spoke to them very harshly. The children appeared afraid of her. In my opinion, her behavior and the lack of proper supervision created an unsafe and emotionally distressing environment. I was crying when I took my daughter away and will never bring her back. Based on what I personally witnessed, I strongly believe this daycare should be investigated by child care licensing and child protection authorities to ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being. I strongly advise parents not to leave their children here!!!!!!!
Both my children have gone here for years. Absolutely love this place. Sad to see my oldest one grow out of this location, but I definitely recommend.
Grandson has been there since he was 8 weeks old and is 3 years already. Romie and staff great with kids.
This is a very clean place. My baby is happy when we drop her off and happy when we pick her up. The staff does a great job taking care of the kids.
The place is not worthy for kids to go.My child was hitted with a stick on his leg for not having nap.Horrible and nasty teachers, all time yelling and screaming at kids. Horrible experience
