Five star place, super nice and always called me back. My kid loves it here so much and doesn’t want to leave. Always super happy and has a blast learning! Staff is fantastic. Highly recommend. These people really watch the children well, great environment.
I toured the place 4 years ago the summer before covid. Since covid hit we didn't put my son in daycare here. Now my youngest is 2 and needs general socialization. I called here again remembering how nice they were before. Left a message. The person who called back was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I will gladly wait on a wait list and drive my son to chico to avoid this place going forward. Shame. 2 stars because my current only interaction was a 3 minute conversation on the phone, which did not go well.
Horrible. Most of the staff were efficient. But the couple that weren't were extremely rude and not attentive to my son's needs. I would NOT recommend them, and my son is currently in a much better daycare/preschool.
